Cayley’s classes focus on building core strength, replenishing energy reserves, and advancing the body’s range of motion by optimizing functional movement. Participants do not need any prior fitness training or experience with yoga to join a group class.

Personal Training & Private Coaching
All personal training clients must complete a PAR-Q+ form as part of a routine health screening. The completed form will be reviewed during a consultation with Cayley before the first training session.

Tantra Yoga & Meditation
The meaning of the word Tantra combines two concepts:
(tan), to expand, and (tra), that which expands.

These yoga classes are rooted in Tantric philosophy and give reverence to the unapologetic warrior goddess, Kali. Symbolizing change and transformation, Kali mercilessly dismantles our illusions and attachments, abolishing fear, ego, and ignorance with her insatiable passion for truth and authenticity. She is the embodiment of the universe and consciousness, the primordial force of nature, the first and last breath of life.

These offerings do not involve nudity or include sacred sexual rituals. (required)
