What is Kaula Tantra Yoga?

Tantra evokes our sense of play (līlā) with life by exploring it through direct application. Yoga is a tool used to harness our energy (prāṇā), replenishing our reserves. This ability to expand and adapt our source of power clarifies our intention and concentration (dhāraṇā), enhancing our awareness to break through our cycle of karma (saṃsāra). This realization, invites the discovery of our true form as the non-dual presence of both Shiva and Shakti (pratyabhijñā), liberating us from our suffering (mokṣā). These classes provide an experience of a traditional yoga practice, expressed through āsana, prāṇāyāma, mantra and sādhanā, rooted in Kashmir Śaivism.
