Hey, I’m Cayley
A little bit about me
In 2015, I traveled to India, where I was initiated into the life of Kaśmir Śaivism. Guided by the teachings of Bhagavan Shri Shanmukha Anantha Natha and Kaula Tantra, I completed my 500-hour yoga teacher certification. Though I had a background in weight training and personal fitness, my experience was profoundly controversial, going beyond the physical experience. What I was learning to integrate deepened and expanded my perspective, serving as a catalyst that transformed my life. After teaching for several years, in 2023, I sought further personal study rooted in Śrī Vidyā Tantricism through Vira Bhava Yoga School. In 2026, I received my certification as a meditation teacher, further enhancing my ability to share these transformative practices with others.
What is Tantra Yoga?
Tantra evokes our sense of play with life (līlā) by exploring it through direct application of our creative intuition (prāṇā). It is a tool, a science, a philosophy; it is the experimentation of living moment to moment. Tantra is generative, not reductive; it is the harnessing and shifting of power; the capacity to expand and adapt; it is the practice of ‘more’. Tension, compassion, curiosity, and wonder; Tantra is pervasive. It is accountability in action, the resolution of opposites, and the elimination of projection.
While some lineages require one to purify themself in order to reach enlightenment, Tantra recognizes that each entity is the same as that which is Divine, in its own unique expression. We have only forgotten this. Tantra is the remembering of our true self as the non-dual presence of both Shiva and Shakti (pratyabhijñā); the weaving together of the individual (the microcosm) with the universe (the macrocosm).
My role as an instructor is to motivate and nurture conscious transformation; to inspire living beyond your comfort zone. Our bodies are sensory beings, constantly experiencing emotional and physical fluctuations, directly impacted by life’s many stresses. Without a means to regulate, regenerate and adapt, we run the risk of developing dis-ease. I’m here to provide a reliable way to establish consistency; to build up your capacity, and harness the power you need to achieve conscious change. Regardless of your previous exposure to physical training, yoga, or meditation, these classes are open and inclusive for anyone seeking an authentic experience of breaking through their barriers.
